Rita Cortes Valente de Oliveira
Rita Cortes Valente de Oliveira was born in Castelo Branco, eastern Portugal in 1985. She studied product design at the Institute of Visual Art, Lisbon, and has worked in New York and Washington. Her interest in and love of food and cooking were instilled from an early age: both her mother and grandmother were gifted cooks and food writers. See more: www.acarpinteira.pt
